Happy Holidays everyone! This is the time of year when we typically overdo and over stress. For the normal person this can take a toll. For the Fibro person this spells trouble! How are you handling the Holidays this year?

I’m not handling them as well as I would like. Between the stress of a divorce, an impending move and the Holidays I am one big ball of a mess! I’m the first to admit it. But I’m trying my best to manage it so it doesn’t get out of control. I truly believe management is key and reevaluating what we can do differently next year is important.

As we all know, diet and exercise is crucial for us. And isn’t this the time of year where we eat stuff we don’t normally eat and exercise less. It happens. Don’t beat yourself up. But rather, how can we do better next year?

What are you doing now that is benefiting you and you can take forward and what can you change in the New Year to better handle stressful situations and times?
