Well my friends it is officially week 2! A few observations I have made thus far:

*This workout REALLY works your core! Not sure if I’m nuts but I think I’m already seeing changes!

*This workout is very humbling! There are some things that I thought I’d be good at. Not so much…..

*There has been a lot of swearing and pausing!

*I sweat more the second week!

*It is very easy to fall off the stability ball or med ball if you DON’T engage your core FULLY!

*I really like the Yoga this time around

*My legs are in a constant state of “fried”

*There are some super crazy moves and I’m scared for month 2!!
